This project offers tailored assistance to meet the needs of each senior, ensuring they can age well within the familiar environment of their homes.

- Light Housekeeping
- Meal Delivery
- Transportation
- Friendly Visits / In-Home Technology Support
- Volunteer Drop off’s (Groceries, Medication, Books, Pet supplies)

Other
- Age 55+
- Seniors Living in Fleetwood and Cloverdale
- Income Assessment (Low Income Seniors)
