Fitness and Mentorship Program for Youth (FAME)
About FAME Program
FAME will aim to reduce risk-taking behavior related to gang and drug involvement by youth through structured fitness and peer mentorship.
It will help Surrey youth develop and implement health and fitness action plans to improve their physical and mental health, while at the same time, teaching them the skills to get SMART goals to plan for future success.

Eligibility Criteria
Immigration Status + Current resident of Surrey
- Canadian Citizen
- Permanent Resident
- Refugee with Court Notice of Decision
Age
- Be aged Between 14 and 24
*1 item from each category must be met to be eligible
