About EO55+ Program
This Program offer free job support to older workers who are 55 years of age or above. Workshops, training, and one-on-one assistance with job searches and self-employment are all included. Join the EO 55+ program to find the career that’s suitable for you whether you are a Canadian, or recently arrived in Canada and need help finding a job. Workshops on employability readiness are offered at PICS’s Surrey location.
This program partners with local community and business employers who provide one to one follow up support, up to date employment trends, and follow up assistance for up to 10 weeks.

- Development of work action plan and employer engagement
Eligibility Criteria
Immigration Status + Current resident of BC
- Canadian Citizen
- Permanent Resident
- Refugee with Court Notice of Decision
Employment Status
- Unemployed
- Underemployed or Precariously employed
Age
- A mature individual of 55 years old or older
Other
- Not attending full time Day School for any courses, and
- Job ready, committed, and motivated to finding a Job
