Progressive Intercultural Community Services (PICS) Society’s 2025 Vancouver Mega Job Fair attracted over 3,500 jobseekers and 60+ exhibitors. The Mega Job Fair, recognized for bridging gaps between employers and potential employees, provided invaluable resources for those seeking to advance their careers.

The Job fair featured a diverse range of companies, including our major sponsors like BC Corrections and the Royal Bank of Canada, alongside numerous private and public-sector organizations. Jobseekers had the chance to network with the employers from well-known companies. Many employers held on-the-spot interviews, offering immediate job opportunities to attendees. The event received support from other sponsors, including EasyReturns, WebNauts, PICS Career Service, University of Canada West and Western Community College.

PICS Society is now preparing for the next Mega Job Fair, set for July 24th 2025 in Surrey at the North Surrey Sport and Ice Complex” shared the President & CEO of PICS Society, Satbir S. Cheema.

Raj Hundal, Senior Director of Employment and Planning Development at PICS Society, reflected on the event’s growth since its launch in Surrey in 2005 and its expansion to Vancouver in 2018. “We always have the greatest support from the exhibitors, many of them come every year. We have a number of enthusiastic people lined up outside, looking forward to coming in.” the director remarked.

From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the fair was alive with energy as job seekers connected with potential employers, eager to explore new career opportunities.
