Minhaz joined PICS’ HR department in January, 2019. Minhaz’s fascination with organizational and employee behavior led him into a career in human resources and employment relations. His 20 + years in the human resources field includes not only generalist experience but also specialized HR experience in recruiting, training and development, coaching, and consulting. Besides HR, he has gathered experiences in a variety of areas including career development, financial planning, banking, entrepreneurship, business analysis and management. 

Minhaz is a CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) and hold a bachelor’s degree, a Diploma in Management Studies, a Management Certificate in Human Resources (with honors), and a Certificate in Financial Planning.
