Vocational Rehab Services
This program provides specific employment-related services designed to help injured workers gain, maintain, and improve skills that allow them to return to the labor market. These services, which are available only to WorkSafeBC clients, include:
- Resume and Cover Letter Preparation
- Individualized Job Search Skills
- Individualized Job Placement Services
These services are intended to assist injured workers to return to suitable employment and to obtain the best possible return to work outcomes. The goal of vocational rehabilitation is to help clients return to work in a timely and safe manner. Quality rehabilitation involves individual vocational assessment, planning, and support that makes the best use of rehabilitation resources and maximizes worker-employer outcomes.
