Jagtar Dhaliwal is a man of action having more than 10 years of experience in Employment Programs, including employment counseling, case management, workshop facilitation, job development, job mentoring and program management. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in English, Political Science and History from the Punjab University Chandigarh.

When he is not advising or counselling prospective people on how to be job ready in this volatile labour market, he is lending a hand to whoever needs help. He sincerely believes that his purpose in life is to be useful to others. Interestingly, his first stint with PICS was back in 2001 when he joined the organization as a counsellor after completing his Life Skills, counselling and coaching Diploma. Jagtar also has many years of experience in land development which has always fascinated him. He has done extremely well for himself as a motel developer. Jagtar’s efforts to help people in his community and his positive go getter attitude has earned him a Businessman of the Year from Arkansas State in the US. In addition, in 2014 he was honoured with the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medal.
