In order to protect the health and safety of our clients and staff we have decided to temporarily close our Non-Housing offices effective March 23, 220. However, our staff will be working from home and continue to provide services and support to clients by phone and/ or email. Please follow our social media & website for future updates. In the meantime, we are urging everyone to follow all public health advisories, stay home & maintain social distancing. If we work together as a team we can flatten the curve. Thank you.

Following the announcements by our Prime Minister, B.C. Health Minister and Provincial Health Officer, to protect and safeguard the health of our clients , stakeholders and staff, and in-line with the procedures implemented by many other community organizations, effective immediately, we will not be accepting any walk-in clients into our PICS Head Office (located at Unit 205, 12725 80th Avenue, Surrey) or our PICS Vancouver Office (located at 8153 Main Street, Vancouver) for any in-person services. Staff will continue to provide support and information by phone (604-596-7722 or 604-324-7733), email (pics@pics.bc.ca) or online.

PICS will continue to provide essential services necessary for the health and safety of our clients. Our Settlement Services will continue by phone and email. As well, we have many language-specific resources and staff ready to help. For exceptional humanitarian circumstances, family members can call our staff in advance at 604-596-0052 to inquire about special visiting arrangements. Our priority is to protect the health and well being of our senior residents.

We must do everything we can to slowdown the spread of COVID-19 and keep our seniors safe.
